A Look Back at High Point Market Spring 2014

There’s a reason High Point Market is called the World’s Home for Home Furnishings, and this Market was a prime example. No matter where you looked, you were sure to see timeless elegance, modern flair, and a taste of the exotic.Just like the changing of the seasons, another market has come and gone, but we are left with a lasting impression that is anything but fleeting.

From old world style to modern luxury, vibrant color to subtle shimmer, the jdouglas family was shining bright at High Point Market this spring season. Lush textiles from Traditions Linens, Lacefield Design, BSC and String Theory added softness and warmth, while Bungalow5 and Worlds Away brought high-gloss sophistication. The Jan Barboglio collection was well represented and as spectacular as ever. Classic offerings from Dessau Home, Abigail’s, Noir/CFC, & Art Classics Ltd were infused with fresh ideas, poised to give customers a range of options like never before. Arteriors featured the collection of veteran designer Laura Kirar front-and-center, celebrating her remarkable work with a champagne brunch that was as deliciously decadent as her designs.

Home, office and bath accessories from Pigeon and Poodle and Matahari Home offered clean lines, color and organization and the reimagined timepieces of Pendulux made a bold statement that you always have time for style. Emissary brought the strength and passion of indoor design elements to their home and garden offerings with containers, benches, statuary and more.
